Open Play Schedule (Club members only)
There are Open Play times for all skill levels, men only, women only, 20&30 year olds and more! If you are new to the game, we invite you to drop-in at a "Beginner" session at Troutman Park or Spring Canyon. Check out the schedule below for times and location.
Open Play works on a paddle stack system. You stack your paddles in the rack in groups of 4. After 1 game to 11, the next group of paddles get to play. Please be kind to new players and help them with the system. Also, please put away the net if there is no one waiting, even if there is time left in the session.
Beginners are anybody up to a DUPR of 3.0. Intermediate is 3.0 - 3.5. Advanced is 3.5-4.0. Expert is 4.0+. Please play in the correct level as it makes the games more fun for everyone. If you are losing most of your games, move down. If you are winning most of your games, move up. Remember, this is rec play, so no smashing the ball at people and no head shots. If you can't control your power shots, don't use them!
Organized Open Play is done for the fall. See you in the Spring!
You are welcome to organize your own gatherings when the weather permits.
Just please DON'T use metal edged shovels or ice breakers on the courts as it RUINS the surface for the good weather.
Thanks!
