Check-In Time – opens 35 minutes prior to respective event
Tournament Start Time – Play starts at times listed below. Courts will be assigned 5 minutes before. Warm up occurs before court assignment and tournament start time.
Competition Events
8:00am – 12:00pm Women’s 3.5 & Men’s 3.5
12:00pm – 4:00pm Women’s 4.0 & Men’s 4.0
4:00pm – 8:00pm Mixed 3.5 & 4.0
Format
The format will be a Round Robin format of 7 games, followed by a seeded single elimination bracket (subject to change, depending on size of field). Under the Round Robin format, brackets will be determined first by the number of wins earned, secondarily by the point totals from all games, followed by head-to-head competition.
Gift cards will be awarded for first and second place winners in each bracket.
Each team will play a minimum of eight games.
Food
No food truck or sandwiches. Drinks and heavy snacks will be provided.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline of July 20. There is a $5 processing charge for all refund requests.
Weather: There is a 50% refund policy in the event of inclement weather. Tournament will not be rescheduled.
